Ohio University has began submitting documents to me as part of my previous public records request. A lot of it has to be scanned, but some of it can be directly posted on here.

There's even an easier way to offer this as an xls... that is, like this:

As long as you are just looking for the same exact spreadsheet as the one on google in an excel format, this should work well... ;)
There are other formats too... on Google spreadsheets, look in the Publish tab and then the More Publishing Options link...
